Give us one lane
For manufacturers measured on OTIF · FTL · Chemical · JNPT

The cheapest transporter is costing you the dispatch window.

A rate 8% lower comes back as one failed placement in peak season — and that one miss costs more than the whole year's difference. We guarantee the placement, show you the system that keeps it, and send you the report every month, good or bad.

Who this is for

Plant logistics heads who are measured on OTIF.

  • Manufacturers with regular FTL lanes — plant to depot, plant to port, plant to customer
  • Logistics and supply-chain heads measured on OTIF, penalised for missed dispatches
  • Chemical, agrochemical, pharma, auto-component, cable, paint and polymer shippers who need audited vendors
  • Importers who want cargo bonded at JNPT and moved by the same owned fleet
Who this is not for

Three things we say no to.

  • We do not broker loads. If we cannot place our own or a vetted attached vehicle, we say so — we do not resell a market truck at a margin.
  • We do not trade rate for credit. Payment terms are 30 days because our drivers and diesel are paid the same day.
  • We do not take a lane we cannot report on. Every lane we run gets the monthly OTD report; if you do not want the report, we are the wrong transporter.
Problem · Impact · Solution

Five things that go wrong with a transporter — and the system behind each.

We do not claim quality. We show the system that makes it true, and you get a login to it.

01
The problem
Vehicles do not report on time; your dispatch slips and the plant waits.
What it costs you
  • Missed dispatch windows and OTIF penalties
  • Debit notes and overtime at the plant
  • Three transporters called at once, none accountable
The systemPlacement F.M.S — every indent gets a promised slot, a vehicle and a driver the evening before, on a live Planned / Actual sheet audited every morning by a process co-ordinator. You see the same sheet we run on.

02
The problem
You do not know where the truck is until the consignee calls.
What it costs you
  • Receiving teams idle, unloading windows lost
  • Your customer escalates to your management
  • Hours a week spent chasing status
The systemLive tracking on owned (Fleetx + GTropy) and market vehicles (RoaDo) from a 24×7 control tower — and Riya, our voice agent: call, say the LR number, hear the live status at any hour.

03
The problem
Transit damage and claims drag on for months.
What it costs you
  • Written-off stock and disputed debit notes
  • Nobody can prove what left the plant
  • Relationship damage between your plant and your customer
The systemLoading checklist with GPS- and time-stamped photos of every consignment, the driver and the seal — on record before the consignment note is issued. Closed steel bodies built in-house; GPS locks on container doors.

04
The problem
PODs and bills arrive late and wrong; payments stall.
What it costs you
  • Your finance team chases paper
  • Vendor account ages, month-end closes late
  • Reconciliation disputes every quarter
The systemPOD scanned at unloading, invoice within 48 hours, one statement a month with every LR reconciled — documentation staff at every branch, billing centralised in Mumbai.

05
The problem
You cannot compare transporters on anything except rate.
What it costs you
  • The cheapest bidder wins the tender and fails in peak season
  • The cost shows up as failed placements, not on the invoice
  • No data to defend a vendor decision
The systemA monthly OTD report per client — placements on slot %, deliveries on time %, damage incidents, POD turnaround — sent whether it is good or bad. Keep it as the benchmark for every vendor you have.

Trust

Why you are safe choosing us.

The report, every month, good or bad

Placements on slot %, deliveries on time %, damage incidents, POD turnaround — to every corridor client, misses included.

Your own placement sheet, live

Read access to the Planned / Actual sheet for your lanes. Nothing to ask for; it is already open.

One conversation, not three follow-ups

A named C.R.M owns your account from indent to POD; a named branch manager owns every lane; escalation to a Director in five steps.

Owned, not brokered

We own the vehicles, build the container bodies, staff the branches and run the warehouses. When a truck does not turn up, it is our truck — and we know before you do.

THE ONE THING WE ASK

ONE LANE. 60 DAYS.
LET THE REPORT DECIDE.

Pick your most painful lane. We run it for sixty days at our published rate — no discount, no extended credit. Every month you get the OTD report: placements on slot, deliveries on time, damage, POD turnaround — misses included. If the report does not earn the next lane, we part as friends and you keep the report format to hold your next vendor to.

  1. Send the lane and monthly volume (form above, WhatsApp or a call).
  2. Within a working hour: a placement plan and the rate. Within a week: a 7-minute Zoom to show the five systems.
  3. Day 1 of the trial: your Planned / Actual sheet is open to you; a named C.R.M owns the lane.
  4. Day 30 and Day 60: the OTD report lands in your inbox. You decide the next lane.

Start the 60-day lane

Your most painful lane first. We will tell you within an hour whether we can place it and at what rate.
Received. A placement plan and rate for this lane will reach you within one working hour — and the S.C will call to fix a 7-minute Zoom.
Learn before you buy

How the systems work — in 90 seconds each.

How a placement actually gets kept

Every indent gets a slot, a vehicle and a driver the evening before; a co-ordinator audits Planned vs Actual every morning.

Where is my truck? Ask Riya.

Call, say the LR number, hear the live status — owned or market vehicle, any hour.

Before the CN is issued

Six photos — pallet, driver, load, seal — GPS- and time-stamped, before the consignment note exists.

POD to invoice in 48 hours

Scanned at unloading, invoiced in two days, one reconciled statement a month.

Short films on how placement, tracking, loading proof and POD-to-invoice actually run. More in Freight, answered.

You might be thinking

The eight things every logistics head says first.

Fair questions. Straight answers, the same ones our team gives on the phone.

“Your rate is higher than what we are paying.”
A rate 8% lower comes back as one failed placement in peak season, and that one miss costs more than the whole year's difference. We will not match a brokered rate. We will run one lane for 60 days at ours and let the monthly report decide.
“We are satisfied with our existing transporter.”
Good — keep them. Take our monthly OTD format as the benchmark you hold them to. If they meet it, you have lost seven minutes. If they do not, you have our number.
“We need 60–90 days credit.”
We run on 30 days because our drivers and diesel are paid the same day. A vendor who extends 90 days is borrowing against your loads, and it shows up as the truck that does not turn up. What we offer instead is reserved capacity and a published transit time on your lane.
“Just send the rates on mail.”
We will. But rates on mail get compared only on rate. Seven minutes on Zoom shows what is behind the number — the placement sheet, the tracking, the POD cycle. Then the mail makes sense.
“We do everything through the bidding portal.”
We bid there too. The portal picks the lowest number; it cannot see who actually placed the vehicle. Keep bidding — and let us be the one vendor whose OTD report is in your inbox when L1 fails.
“You are too big for a small shipper like us.”
63 branches means a vehicle near your plant, not a big-company attitude. Small regular lanes are exactly what our owned fleet is built for — that is where return loads live. Tell us the lane and the monthly volume.
“We had a bad experience with Best Roadways earlier.”
That is on us. Here is what changed: the placement F.M.S, live tracking with Riya, the loading checklist, the POD cell, the monthly report. Judge us on one lane, not on the past.
“Call back after the tender / next season.”
One question first — on your busiest lane, how many placements failed last season? Meanwhile, take our OTD report format and hold every vendor to it.
In their words
“Best Roadways has been our primary carrier on the Mumbai–Delhi corridor for over 12 years. Transit reliability and the quality of communication from their team is genuinely different.”VP Supply Chain · FMCG major
“For chemical movement from Dahej and Ankleshwar, Best Roadways is our first call. They understand the regulatory requirements and they have the right equipment.”GM Logistics · Specialty chemicals
“Their JNPT infrastructure is unmatched. Having their own bonded warehouse at Nhava Sheva means our import cargo moves from port to warehouse in hours, not days.”Director · Import house
